Michigan and Michigan State have a gigantic game in the B1G East’s race to Indianapolis on Saturday.
The Wolverines and Spartans are sitting in the top 10 of the AP Poll at No. 6 and 8, respectively. The teams do not have a single blemish on their records.
ESPN’s College GameDay is in East Lansing, MI, for the top 10 showdown. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has been proving his critics wrong this season. ESPN’s College GameDay host Rece Davis is not quite convinced.
According to Davis, this is another huge game for Harbaugh to show his offseason changes are the real deal:
Rece Davis says this game is “really important” for Jim Harbaugh against Michgian State on Saturday.
“If Michigan has made the changes it says it has.. then this is the type of game they need to win.”

Harbaugh’s Achilles heel has been rivalry games. In 7 years with the Wolverines, Harbaugh is 3-3 against the Spartans. Last season, the Spartans came into the Big House and knocked off the Wolverines 27-24.
The Wolverines have a chance to go into East Lansing and come away with a victory and reclaim the Paul Bunyan Trophy. Harbaugh has never lost in East Lansing.
Michigan goes on the road to face Michigan State tomorrow at noon ET on FOX.
