Michigan State is already pulling out the tricks for Ohio State. Sort of.
Friday evening, the Spartans football program announced there would be a slight change of plans when it comes to the uniform combination for Saturday’s game in Columbus. MSU will be rocking a different lid for the Top 10 clash.
Instead of the all-white look, Michigan State will be sporting an all-green helmet. The Spartans will still wear the white jersey, white pants and white cleats for the matchup against Ohio State:

There’s a lot of anticipation for this weekend’s showdown between No. 7 Michigan State and No. 4 Ohio State. Both teams enter the game with a 9-1 record and firmly in the B1G East and College Football Playoff races.
While the Spartans enjoyed their fair share of success against the Buckeyes in the early-to-mid 2010s, Ohio State has dominated the series recently. The Bucks have rattled off 5 straight, with MSU’s last victory coming in 2015.
Ohio State has won each of the last 4 meetings by 20 points or more, including a 52-12 victory in 2020.
Can the Spartans snap the losing streak this weekend?
