The Penn State Rutgers game has been a snooze fest for most of the day. Penn State WR Parker Washington had a great grab in the end zone to make it a 2 score game.

This season for the Nittany Lions, Washington has 47 receptions for 590 yards on 12.6 yards per reception and 2 touchdowns.
Penn State has not had as great of the season as everyone in Happy Valley would have hoped as the Nittany Lions are 6-4 and 3-4 in B1G play.
