The three best players in Minnesota’s skill position rooms are all returning for the 2022 season. The latest announcement came from wide receiver Chris Autman-Bell.

On Thursday night, the talented receiver announced that he will be returning for one more season with the Golden Gophers. He joins quarterback Tanner Morgan and running back Mohamed Ibrahim to decide to return for another season.

Autman-Bell made his announcement with a post on Twitter Thursday night.

Autman-Bell played in 10 games for the Golden Gophers in 2021, totaling 490 yards and 6 touchdowns on 35 catches. He’s proven time and again to be capable of hauling in even some of the most difficult passes throughout his career.

Over his 4 years at Minnesota, Autman-Bell has totaled 113 catches for 1,740 yards and 12 touchdowns. He’s played in 42 career games, as well.

Minnesota finished the 2021 season with an 8-4 record and was in the race for the B1G West until the final week of the season. With Morgan, Ibrahim and Autman-Bell all returning, the Golden Gophers should be a real threat to get to the B1G Championship Game next season.
