Michigan starting quarterback Cade McNamara will help Tom Brady promote a new apparel brand through a name, image and likeness deal. The news was announced on Thursday morning.
After leading Michigan to a B1G title and a College Football Playoff appearance, McNamara now has an endorsement deal with “BRADY.” The brand is launching on Jan. 12.
Brady posted about the new deal with McNamara and other student-athletes through a post on Instagram. Terms and details of this NIL deal has not been released at this time.

McNamara will be a “brand ambassador” for the new apparel line. A total of 10 college athletes will be part of the new apparel line with the future Hall of Fame quarterback and Michigan alum.
This season, McNamara threw for 2,470 yards and 15 touchdowns with just 4 interceptions while completing passes at a 64.6% clip. He led Michigan to a 12-1 record, a win over Ohio State, a B1G championship and the College Football Playoff.
McNamara and the Wolverines will take on Georgia in the Orange Bowl in the College Football Playoff semifinal on New Year’s Eve.
