The Vols appeared to score a touchdown on 4th and goal in overtime, but forward progress was stopped before the ball crossed the plane.
Crazy. @BoilerFootball chips off a field goal for the win. @Vol_Football thought they had scored, but the officials said forward progress had stopped on this play #Tennessee #Volunteers #GoVols #MusicCityBowl #Touchdown #CFB
