Ohio State is going young in the Rose Bowl, turning to true freshman WRs in Emeka Egbuka and Marvin Harrison Jr. after the opt-outs of Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson.
The duo came to Columbus as members of the 2021 recruiting class. Egbuka joined Ohio State as a 5-star prospect and the No. 1 WR nationally while Harrison was a 4-star recruit and No. 14 WR nationally for the cycle.
After the offense was shut out by Utah in the first quarter, the young Buckeyes hauled in a pair of tough grabs to get Ohio State on the board. The first big catch went to Egbuka down the sideline as he was just able to keep a foot in bounds and secure the grab.

The touchdown went to Harrison with Ohio State dialing up the shot on 4th-and-1. Both throws were perfect dimes from CJ Stroud with the freshmen producing equally impressive grabs.
