Former Nebraska WR Wan’Dale Robinson has had an incredible year for Kentucky. On Saturday, No. 21 Kentucky beat No. 18 Iowa 20-17 in the Vrbo Citrus Bowl, and Robinson’s run of dominance continued.

Robinson had 10 catches for 170 yards on his way to the Citrus Bowl MVP. He also beat the single-season record at Kentucky for receiving yards in a season.

After the game, Robinson threw a little shade at Iowa and then had an incredible reaction to learning about his new record:

Robinson, this season had 104 catches for 1,334 yards on 12.8 yards per reception and 7 touchdowns on the year.

Robinson was also thrilled to beat Iowa as he had spent the previous 2 seasons at Nebraska. Nebraska has lost to Iowa 7 seasons in a row, and the last 4 seasons have been absolute heartbreakers.

Kentucky finished the season with 10 wins and a Vrbo Citrus Bowl win. Its only 3 losses came against No. 3 Georgia, Mississippi State and Tennessee.

Iowa drops to 10-4 on the season, losing its last 2 games, losing the B1G Championship to No. 2 Michigan 42-3 and the Citrus Bowl 20-17 to No. 21 Kentucky.

Robinson is a special kid, and a special player GBR and BBN fans will be happy to see how well he has played this season.
