FSU QB McKenzie Milton is getting ready for the 2022 Hula Bowl. The game will be played at his old stomping grounds at UCF’s “Bounce House.” Before the game, he received a custom-made football helmet.

The Hula Bowl has been played since 1947. You have to be a senior or have recently graduated college to get an invite to the game. It was originally started as a game between mainland college players and local Hawaiian players. There was a game break in the game from 2008-2019, but it was brought back in 2020.

The helmet has the logos of both of the schools that Milton played for in his college career. It has a UCF logo on one side, and a Florida State logo on the other.

Milton started his career at UCF and played there from 2016 to 2020. He had a leg injury that ended his season in 2018 while at UCF. Milton then transferred to Florida State as a graduate transfer in December of 2020. Milton was able to play for the first time in 3 years this past season when he came in against Notre Dame in Week 1 of this past season.

The video was posted originally posted by Eric DeSalvo, who does social media for UCF. You can watch Milton in the 2022 Hula Bowl on Jan. 15 at Noon ET on the CBS Sports Network.

Here’s the original clip of that custom helmet Milton got:
