Nation’s top OT, 5-star prospect out of Iowa for 2023 keeps 3 B1G programs on top 7 list

As the 2023 recruiting cycle heats up, prospects will begin to whittle down their lists of potential destinations. A top-5 prospect did that Wednesday with 3 B1G programs high on his list.
The player is Kadyn Proctor, a 5-star offensive tackle out of Des Moines, Iowa. Listed at 6-foot-7 and 330 lbs., Proctor is considering Iowa, Penn State and Michigan out of the B1G. The rest of Proctor’s list is made up of Alabama, Georgia, Notre Dame and Oregon.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Proctor is the top OT nationally and the top prospect out of Iowa for 2023. He is also a 5-star recruit and the No. 5 overall prospect nationally regardless of position.
It will be interesting to see where Proctor winds up to begin his college career.
