Behind-the-scenes video sheds light on NSFW exchange between Greg Gard, Juwan Howard

The talk of the B1G and college basketball Sunday afternoon is the postgame scuffle between Michigan and Wisconsin. During the scuffle, Greg Gard and Juwan Howard exchanged words with Howard eventually taking a swing at a Wisconsin assistant.
Now, video has been shared from up-close to the handshake line featuring the initial exchange between Howard and Gard. As expected, some NSFW language is heard throughout.
Howard is initially heard saying “I’ll remember that” before Gard touches Howard’s elbow as Michigan’s coach tried to walk past. Howard responded by grabbing Gard’s shirt and saying “Don’t (expletive) touch me” multiple times.

During his press conference, Howard explained that he was originally frustrated by Wisconsin’s late timeout with the game already decided. He also called being touched by Gard “very uncalled for.”
During Gard’s press conference, Wisconsin’s head coach said that he felt the situation escalated when Howard began poking his chest and waving a finger in his face.
We will wait and see how the B1G decides to address the situation.
