Field Yates released who he thinks will be the first 3 picks in the 2023 NFL Draft on Thursday. There was a B1G QB who made the his list.

Yates has none other than Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud going No. 1 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft. The 2 others that he had from his list were Alabama’s QB Bryce Young and LB Will Anderson.

His mock draft was announced from his Twitter account on Thursday afternoon.

If this ends up coming true, Stroud would be highest player taken since DE Chase Young was taken with 2nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He would also be the highest Ohio State QB taken in the last 10 years since Justin Fields was taken with 11th pick in the 1st round of the  2021 NFL Draft.

It’ll be interesting to see how the 2023 NFL Draft plays out after Yates’ predictions.
