Ohio State opened up its doors for Student Appreciation Day on Saturday, allowing college students an opportunity to get an early look at the Buckeyes. It also opened up drills to local media and reporters.

As the Buckeyes continue to work through the spring practice, Griffin Storm of Eleven Warriors and Bill Landis of The Athletic captured several highlights from Saturday’s spring practice.

Obviously, it’s impossible to read too much into Saturday’s practice, but it still provides some sort of insight into what is working and what is not. There were highlights on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball, too.

Here are some of the top moments from Saturday:

Ohio State regularly opens its doors to students on campus once every spring. Not only can students take in a practice, they get the opportunity for meet and greets, can see the Rose Bowl Trophy and get the chance to win prizes.

The Buckeyes got a lot of work done on the field on Saturday, but it looks like they had plenty of fun, too.
