One player in the transfer portal is starting to draw a lot of interest from teams around the B1G.
The player is Ricky Council IV, a 6-foot-6 guard who has spent 2 seasons at Wichita State. Council entered the transfer portal Thursday and is also testing the NBA Draft to explore all his options.
It did not take long for a number of teams to express interest in Council via the portal. According to Dushawn London with 247 Sports, a lengthy list has contacted Council, including Ohio State, Illinois and Maryland out of the B1G.
Arkansas, NC State, LSU and Iowa State are some of the other programs interested.
