Both Ohio State and Michigan will head into this year’s NFL Draft among the top programs at producing first-round talent. They’re expected to continue that trend on Thursday night, too.
Heading into Thursday night’s first round, Ohio State leads the way among all-time first-round picks at the college level. The Buckeyes have produced 85 first rounders in their history, two more than USC which sits at 83.
Only one other program, Alabama, has more than 70.
Sneaking into the Top 10 is Michigan, which has had 48 players selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. That total ties for the No. 8 spot, along with LSU.
