News broke that Tom Brady has a job waiting for him at Fox Sports as a broadcaster whenever he decides to retire from football on Tuesday. Now the details about the former Michigan QBs contract have come out.

Brady’s contract with Fox Sports will be a 10-year $375 million deal, making it the largest contract in sports broadcasting history per Andrew Marchand of the New York Post. That is more money than Tony Romo and Troy Aikman will be making combined.

Just to give you an idea of how much money Brady is making, here are some of the top sports broadcasters and how much they’re getting paid compared to Brady:

  • Tom Brady, Fox Sports $37.5 million/yr
  • Tony Romo, CBS Sports $18 million/yr
  • Troy Aikman, ESPN $18 million/yr
  • Stephen A. Smith, ESPN $12 million/yr

This contract makes Brady the highest paid sports broadcaster, even though he hasn’t ever called a game before on live television. Regardless of when Brady decides to retire and move on to broadcasting, he’s going to be paid very handsomely for his efforts.
