Three B1G schools have made the cut for a 4-star cornerback in the 2023 recruiting class.
Amare Snowden, a Michigan native, released the list of his Top 6 schools on Friday afternoon. Half of that group consisted of programs from the B1G — Iowa, Penn State and Wisconsin. The other three teams were Cincinnati, Howard and Kentucky.
Snowden made his announcement with a post on Twitter. He narrowed down his list of options from 40 schools that expressed interest.

Snowden is listed as a 6-foot-3, 187-pound cornerback out of Roseville, Mich. He’s a Top 10 talent out of his home state and is the No. 34 cornerback, per 247Sports composite rankings. Overall, Snowden ranks No. 327 nationally.
Penn State currently owns the nation’s third-ranked recruiting class for the 2023 cycle while sits at No. 17. Wisconsin is further down the list at No. 41.
