Maryland lands commitment from 2023 in-state wide receiver

Mike Locksley’s staff landed a new commitment for Maryland’s 2023 recruiting class on Saturday night. In-state wide receiver Ryan Manning verbally pledged to play for the Terrapins.

Out of St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland, Manning is a 5-11, 170-pound wide receiver. On the 247Sports Composite, he is rated 3-stars, the No. 13 Maryland product, No. 110 wide receiver and No. 788 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023. Manning has 15 scholarship offers, including Minnesota and Penn State. He recently took an official visit to Minnesota on June 10.
