The Ravens selected the former Minnesota Golden Gopher offensive lineman with the No. 110 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. At 6-8, 380 pounds, Faalele was the biggest player at the NFL Scouting Combine. Baltimore sees Faalele, who got a late start playing football growing up, as a raw talent that can be developed. Faalele’s goal is to play early.
“Every step of this journey, I’ve been able to compete and play early,” Faalele told the team website. “So, that’s definitely a goal of mine, and I’m going to be striving for it, but I’m just going to take it day by day and just keep my head down and grind.”
Faalele’s deal is for $4,460,339 over 4 years, with a signing bonus of $800,340, per Spotrac.
