With a lot of the awards watch lists being released, the 2022 AFCA Good Works Team was announced on Wednesday. The B1G had 9 players make the team per afca.com
The AFCA Good Works Team highlights the achievements that players have off the field. The nominations have to do with charity work done in a player’s community. The AFCA has has nominated community champions for 31 years including 2022. The various charities that these players have worked with include issues like homelessness, mentoring, feeding the hungry, domestic violence, and civil injustice.

- Jack Campbell, LB, Iowa

- Tanner Morgan, QB, Minnesota
- Ethan Piper, OL, Nebraska
