3 B1G coaches included on 247 30Under30 list

3 B1G coaches were included on the 247 Sports 30Under30 list released Monday. The list highlights the 30 best coaches under the age of 30 in college football.

The 3 B1G selections are as follows:

  •  Damiere Shaw, Rutgers Wide Receivers coach
  •  Marquise Watson, Rutgers Defensive line coach
  •  Grant Newsome, Michigan tight ends coach

Shaw is the oldest of the bunch at age 28, with Watson not far behind at 27. Newsome, the youngest on-field coach at the Power 5 level, is just 25 years old and a previous member of last season’s 30Under30 list.
