Not far behind, Ohio State’s Stroud and USC QB Caleb Williams were tied for 2nd in the country at $2.4 million. South Carolina QB Spencer Rattler was the only other player to reach a $2 million valuation.

According to On3, the NIL Valuation system uses a proprietary algorithm with data points for the categories of performance, influence and exposure. The system includes high school recruits with high school basketball star Bronny James – son of NBA superstar Lebron James – at the top of the list.
