Stefon Diggs put on a show in training camp with a contested touchdown catch during practice.

The Bills are expected to be one of the best teams in the AFC and Diggs will be a pivotal part of the Bills’ upcoming season. The Bills hope the touchdown catch in Tuesday’s practice will be a sign of what will come in 2022.

Diggs caught the pass from quarterback Josh Allen. On the play, Allen scrambled to keep the play alive and found Diggs in the back of the end zone. Allen threw the ball into a tight window with a defender in the area and Diggs managed to make the catch in the air and he came down with it.

2022 will be Diggs’ third season in Buffalo after he spent the first five seasons of his career with the Minnesota Vikings. Diggs joined the Bills in 2020, and did not skip a beat since he teamed up with Allen. In 2021, Diggs had 1,225 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. He helped the Bills reach the playoffs for the third consecutive season and was the primary receiving option for Allen.

Diggs, a former Maryland standout, will look to reach the Pro Bowl for the 3rd time in his career.
