Minnesota football is hitting the practice field Saturday as fall camp continues. That practice was originally scheduled to be outside and open to fans, but the weather has forced some changes.
According to a team release Saturday morning, the 2 pm open practice has been shifted indoors at the Athletes Village. The practice will remain open to the public but space for the practice will now be limited.
The Golden Gophers are still accepting fan-designed oars and diaper donations throughout the practice.
UPDATE: Today’s 2 pm open practice will now be held indoors at Athletes Village due to thunderstorms in the area. It will remain open to the public and we will still collect diapers and oars. Space will be limited. https://t.co/g5X2I1IUCk
