If I tell you the location of Chris Wormley’s very unique tattoo, you might cringe just a little.

Ok, I’ll tell you anyway.

Apparently, the former Michigan defensive end has a tattoo that reads “Big Worm,” on his lip. The inside of his lip, that is. Yeah, I know, I’m shuttering a little bit, too.

Why “Big Worm,” as the tattoo? It’s Wormley’s nickname, of course.

The former Wolverine-turned-Baltimore Raven opened up about his tattoo with Ryan Mink of BaltimoreRavens.com recently, explaining the reason behind his decision to get the inside of his mouth inked.

According to Wormley, his mother was extremely confused when she heard his decision to get the tattoo on the inside of his lip:

“I told my mom and she said, ‘Were you drunk?” Wormley said. “I said, ‘No, it was like 4 o’clock on a Tuesday.”

Wormley also said getting the tattoo didn’t hurt as bad as he thought.

In his final season at Michigan, Womley recorded 39 tackles, 8.5 stops for loss and 5.5 sacks. He had 32.5 tackles for loss in his career in Ann Arbor.
