Riley Moss mic’d up: Iowa reveals behind-the-scenes look of star DB in fall camp

Riley Moss – Iowa star cornerback – was the focal point of a pretty cool video out of fall camp. The Hawkeyes had Moss mic’d up during practice and he offered some candid reactions.

 

Moss is one of the best returning players in the B1G . The Iowa native registered 39 tackles and 4 interceptions en route to First-Team All-B1G Honors. Moss also helped Iowa to a 10-4 record (7-3 B1G) and spot in the Citrus Bowl.

Moss offered one interesting take in the video:

“There’s nothing better than cereal. It’s a top-five food,” proclaimed Moss.

Iowa is known for its grain production, right? Maybe Moss is playing to the home crowd.

Iowa fans will eat any type of cereal if they get off to a fast start in 2022. It could make afternoon meals go a lot smoother in Iowa City if they do. The Hawkeyes are predicted to finish 2nd in the B1G East behind Wisconsin according to the preseason conference media poll.

Iowa begins the 2022 season with South Dakota State before renewing its rivalry with Iowa State on Sept. 10. The Hawkeyes will open up conference play against Rutgers on the road.
