Baron Browning, former Ohio State LB, scoops and scores in NFL preseason

Former Ohio State linebacker Baron Browning notched his first NFL touchdown Saturday night.
Browning sped past a blocker and got to Vikings quarterback Sean Mannion, knocking the ball out of his hands before scooping and scoring to give the Broncos a 17-7 lead just before the half.

Browning played well in his rookie season. He was drafted 105th overall by the Broncos in the 2021 NFL Draft and totaled 58 tackles with 9 starts. Browning totaled 2 pass deflections and a pair of tackles for loss.
The Broncos went on to win, 23-13 to notch their second win of the preseason. The NFL regular season starts on Sept. 8 when the Los Angeles Rams host the Buffalo Bills.
