Conference realignment rumors are back. The B1G has reportedly also met with another Pac-12 school and is targeting 5 other schools per Brett McMurphy of Action Network.

The Washington Huskies have now met with the B1G about joining the conference. Sources told McMurphy that the B1G is also looking to add at least 4 more Pac-12 teams and Notre Dame as well. This comes after Oregon met with the B1G on Aug. 22.

Oregon, Washington, Stanford, Cal, and Notre Dame are just some of the schools that have been tied to the B1G at 1 point or another.

The rendezvous between Oregon and the B1G took place in Chicago. Maybe that’s where Washington’s meeting also took place.

Other conferences have been looking at expanding as well, bringing some uncertainty to college football. 1 thing is for certain, college football will never be the same if this move happens.

The rumors just keep on coming in college football.
