Dick Vitale is among the many sports fans excited for the top-5 showdown between Ohio State and Notre Dame. The ESPN broadcaster predicts the Irish will pull off a big upset and come out with the win.

The Fighting Irish, may be in for a brawl as they head into Columbus. Under first-year head coach Marcus Freeman, Notre Dame is debuting new starting QB in Tyler Buchner. In his freshman season, Buchner threw for 113 yards and became the first true freshman quarterback to record a passing and rushing touchdown in the same game in program history.

The Buckeyes will return CJ Stroud, who racked up 4,435 passing yards and 44 touchdown passes, good for a No. 3 national ranking. The Buckeyes will be led by head coach Ryan Day, who is 23-1 at home and 34-4 overall during his first 3-plus years in Columbus.

Will Notre Dame be able to overcome and take down the Buckeyes? According to Vitale, that would make Jesus smile.
