Purdue football will be playing Indiana State in Week 2, less than a month after the Sycamores were rocked by a tragic accident.
In late August, Indiana State was struck by the passing of three students, including two members of the Sycamore football team. Jayden Musili, Christian Eubanks and Caleb VanHooser were killed in a car wreck that sent two additional football players to the hospital.
On Monday, Purdue announced there will be a moment of silence in Ross-Ade Stadium to honor the Sycamore program. Kickoff for Saturday’s game is set for 4 pm ET.
