College football bowl projections: ESPN’s experts predict 9 Big Ten teams will play this postseason

Following an exciting Week 1 of college football action, experts around the country are updating their bowl projections.
This week, ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach updated their postseason picks, and they included 9 Big Ten squads to go bowling.
As you can see below, they both have Ohio State making the College Football Playoff and Michigan heading to the Rose Bowl. Here’s a look at their B1G bowl projections:
Iowa
- Bonagura: Quick Lane Bowl vs. Toledo
- Schlabach: Quick Lane Bowl vs. Northern Illinois
Maryland
- Bonagura: Guaranteed Rate Bowl vs. Texas Tech
- Schlabach: Duke’s Mayo Bowl vs. Syracuse
Michigan
- Bonagura: Rose Bowl vs. USC
- Schlabach: Rose Bowl vs. USC
Michigan State
- Bonagura: ReliaQuest Bowl vs. LSU
- Schlabach: Citrus Bowl vs. Tennessee
Minnesota
- Bonagura: Pinstripe Bowl vs. Syracuse
- Schlabach: Pinstripe Bowl vs. Pitt
Ohio State
- Bonagura: Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Georgia
- Schlabach: Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Georgia
Penn State
- Bonagura: Music City Bowl vs. Tennessee
- Schlabach: Music City Bowl vs. Florida
Purdue
