Some former Ohio State football players took on the challenge of drawing the Buckeyes’ mascot, Brutus, on Big Ten Network this morning.

Joshua Perry and Tyvis Powell were the lucky contestants.

It’s safe to say there’s a reason these guys went to college to play football rather than to do art. Neither drawing was great, with one resembling just a circle and the other one looking like something out of a horror movie.

The audience vote gave the edge to Powell in the end, however.

Perry played at Ohio State from 2012 to 2015, where he was a part of the 2014 National Championship team. He had a brief stint in the NFL and is now an analyst for the Big Ten Network.

Powell was also a part of the National Championship team, playing from 2012-2015. He is now a part of the CFL’s BC Lions.
