Mickey Joseph is coaching his first game for Nebraska Saturday since Scott Frost was fired earlier this week. He got things started against No. 6 Oklahoma with a hype entrance ahead of the game.
The entrance of the Huskers is always electric, and Joseph’s first time leading the charge lived up to the expectation:

In the video, Joseph leads his team through the bowels of Memorial Stadium and each player touches the lucky horseshoe — which was found on the building site of the stadium years ago.
The team emerges onto the field and is met by a packed stadium full of screaming fans. Joseph embraces the love and then runs onto the field with his team. It’s safe to say the entrance got the crowd hype before the 88th meeting between the two teams.
Early on in the first quarter, the two teams are tied at 7 apiece. Nebraska struck first but Oklahoma scored the next drive. There are just under 8 minutes left to be played in the first quarter.
