TreVeyon Henderson scored Ohio State’s first touchdown of the evening against Toledo, but he was quickly seen leaving the field and heading down the tunnel for the Buckeye locker room.

After a strong first drive with the offense, the FOX broadcast spotted and noted Henderson’s departure. It is unclear what the issue was with Henderson carrying the ball 4 times for 19 yards with the touchdown to cap the drive.

Henderson has been a key piece for the Buckeyes while splitting carries with Miyan Williams in the backfield for the first two weeks of the season. While Williams has also been strong to open the season, any injury to Henderson leaves the Buckeyes dangerously thin in the backfield.

Evan Pryor is already out for the season due to injury with Dallan Hayden – a 4-star true freshman – the next man up in the rotation. Beyond that, linebacker Chip Traynum is the emergency use running back for the Buckeyes.
