Minnesota got the dominating 49-7 win over Colorado at home, but head coach PJ Fleck may be more concerned with the potentially serious leg injury of wide receiver Chris Autman-Bell. Fleck said after the game to KFAN that he is getting checked out by doctors for the injury.
Report: #Gophers coach PJ Fleck told KFAN that receiver Chris Autman-Bell is with doctors getting his leg looked at after an injury Saturday vs. Colorado. Fleck stressed on radio they will not jump to conclusions, but by Fleck's tone and quotes, it sounds serious for the senior.

Fleck went on to say Autman-Bell is getting images of the injury Saturday night, so we’ll see what the diagnosis winds up being.
“He is at the hospital getting some images.”

Autman-Bell caught 3 receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown against Colorado before leaving with a leg injury. He caught 8 receptions for 156 yards in the previous two games for Minnesota this 2022 season.
He was the leading receiver for Minnesota last season as he caught 36 receptions for 506 yards and 6 touchdowns. His loss would be highly significant for the offense of Minnesota which looks to create a more dynamic offense outside of the run-heavy system.
Minnesota accounted for 166 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns on 12 receptions against the defense of Colorado.
