Tom Brady let everyone know how he felt about his teammate’s suspension on Monday.

“I love Mike,” Brady said on the most recent episode of his podcast. “And the fact that Mike would come out there to defend me, it means everything in the world to me as a teammate and a friend.”

The former Michigan signal caller went on to say that he thinks the suspension Mike Evans received is “ridiculous.”

Evans was ejected from Sunday’s game following an incident with New Orleans Saints’ defensive back Marshon Lattimore. Following the game, Evans was suspended for one game.

Though the Bucs went on to win the game against the Saints, Evans’ suspension could hurt them in the next game when they take on Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay Packers.
