Kirk Herbstreit named his top performers of Week 3 Monday evening, including 1 B1G standout. Among the 6 named, Penn State’s Nick Singleton made the cut.
Singleton, a standout freshman for the Nittany Lions, has looked like the 5-star recruit he was anticipated to be.
Here are my top performing players from Week 3!
1. Michael Penix Jr. @UW_Football
2. Nick Singleton @PennStateFball
3. Jalon Daniels @KU_Football
4. Christian Horn @AppState_FB
5. Johnny Wilson @FSUFootball

Singleton has totaled 30 carries for 334 yards and 4 touchdowns this season, an absolutely absurd number for a freshman. He’s earned a B1G freshman of the Week nod because of it and is regarded as one of the best freshmen in the country.
Michael Penix has looked the part as well this season after transferring from Indiana.
