Before too long, Nebraska is going to be known as ‘Wide Receiver U.’

The Huskers already had commitments from a pair of four-star receivers from the 2018 recruiting class but added another on Monday afternoon. That’s when St. Louis product Cameron Brown made his verbal pledge to Nebraska via a Twitter video:

Brown joins fellow four-star receivers Joshua Moore and Manuel Allen to commit to Nebraska. With Brown’s pledge, the Huskers now have seven four-star prospects in the 2018 class, and 11 total verbal commitments.

Nebraska’s recruiting class currently ranks No. 23 nationally according to 247Sports.

Brown held 19 offers, seven of which were from B1G schools. He chose Nebraska over major destinations such as Alabama, Ohio State, Wisconsin and Georgia.
