It didn’t take long for T.J. Watt to start making headlines.

On Friday, the former Wisconsin star played in his first NFL preseason game with the Steelers. The nerves and jitters didn’t appear to be an issue.

That’s because Watt made a few huge plays for Pittsburgh in the first half of the team’s matchup with the New York Giants. He recorded two sacks in the first half of the first game of his NFL career.

What’s even more impressive than two first half sacks? How about getting them on the first two passing plays the Giants ran?

It looks like Watt has learned a little something from his older brother, J.J.

Watt was selected by the Steelers in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He played in 27 games while at Wisconsin, including 14 starts. In two years, he accounted for 70 tackles, 17 stops for loss and 11.5 sacks.
