The New Orleans Saints were looking to get their second win over the Minnesota Vikings in the 2022 NFL season with a 61-yard field goal to send the game into overtime in London. Will Lutz’s kick had the distance, but it hit the side of the crossbar and hit once again for a no-good double doink.

Lutz previously hit a 60-yard field goal for New Orleans with 1:51 left in the game to tie it up 25-25. The Saints’ defense was burned by Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson to help up a 47-yard field from Minnesota’s Greg Joseph to take a 28-25 lead.
Former Ohio State Buckeye and Saints rookie wide receiver Chris Olave caught a great 32-yard reception to help set the kick from Lutz. New Orleans proceeds to 1-3 after their suffering its third consecutive loss.
