Words can’t really describe Ohio State’s circle drill.
It’s a test of strength and power, as two players go head-to-head in the middle of a circle, formed by teammates. Guys are called out randomly and go full-blast in this one-on-one battle.
See, you don’t really get a good picture through words.
Fortunately, though, Ohio State has provided a video of the famous drill. And it’s right in the heart of the circle:

From a distance, it can be hard to tell just how physical and competitive the circle drill really is. But after this up-close-and-personal vantage point, it’s easy to see why this is one of the best drills in football.
Nobody in that circle isn’t fired up when their name is called.
