P.J. Fleck has some unique ways of challenging his players. But when it comes to keeping his placekick holders focused, he might have his best method yet.

Minnesota recorded Fleck at practice, showing how he attempts to distract the kicker and place holder. It should come as no surprise that water is involved:

That’s some ‘Elite’ special teams training.  And something that would probably make former placeholder and creator of the Holder of the Year Award, Peter Mortell, very happy.

If the Gophers ever face a defense loaded with buckets of water, they’ll certainly be prepared for that challenge.
