This is a good one.

TMZ Sports reported on the police report:

Maybe don’t run on the field next time, pal. It appears stadium security was slow in doing their job to take down the fan. The fan was eventually detained, cited, and released. Afterward, the organization the fan was involved with called it an “assault.”

But Wagner took the matter into his own hands. You come on his field and you pay the price. What did you want him to do? This random stranger could have been looking to do physical harm with a weapon. You just don’t know these days.

“You don’t know what that fan got or what they’re doing,” Wagner said per TMZ.

As of now, he has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
