Once a Cornhusker, always a Cornhusker. Former Nebraska receiver Brandon Reilly proved that on Thursday night.
Reilly, who signed with Buffalo as an undrafted free agent for the preseason, had a special moment in the Bills preseason game against Philadelphia. The former Nebraska star had his first touchdown catch in the NFL, making a truly spectacular play.
As if that moment wasn’t good enough for Husker fans, Reilly had a special celebration after he tip-toed in for the touchdown. He honored late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz:

An incredible gesture by Reilly. And one that the Nebraska football family truly appreciates.
Kudos on a great catch, and even better salute, Brandon.
