Mike Hart had to be taken to Michigan’s locker room on a stretcher after a medical incident in the 1st quarter.

The incident had Michigan players shocked and emotional on the sidelines. At halftime, Coach Harbaugh said that he told his team “to play for Mike.” The team certainly found their stride in the 2nd half and ended up securing a 31-10 victory over the Hoosiers.

J.J. McCarthy had the game of his career, throwing for over 300 yards and 3 TDs. However, McCarthy stated that the game ball went to coach Mike Hart.

This action by the players shows how highly Hart is thought of. Blake Corum, who looked noticeably upset after the incident, had another huge game, going for 124 on the ground and 1 TD.

It is good to hear that Hart is doing well. It is still not known what caused the incident.

Stay tuned for updates through the weekend.
