Bomb threat at SEC stadium prompts evacuation, halts football practice

A scary situation is developing in College Station, Texas.
Normal routine at Texas A&M University was halted Thursday when the school announced there had been a bomb threat at Kyle Field, the program’s historical football stadium.
The university’s alert system went into effect around 2:30 p.m. EST.

The Aggies were slated to take the field to practice at 2 p.m. CT before the threat was alerted.

Hopefully the situation doesn’t take a turn for the worse.
On the gridiron , the Aggies are 3-3 with a trip to South Carolina to take on the Gamecocks scheduled for Week 8 after their Week 7 bye week.
