Maryland enters Week 7 against Indiana and will be missing a starter on both sides of the ball.
According to Emily Giambalvo with the Washington Post, the Terrapins are down starting left tackle Jaelyn Duncan and starting cornerback Jakorian Bennett for Saturday’s game.
Giambalvo said Duncan’s absence is related to a personal matter. Bennett is missing Week 7 due to an injury.
Maryland starting cornerback Jakorian Bennett (injury) and starting left tackle Jaelyn Duncan (personal) are both out for this game against Indiana, per team spokesman. Both big losses for the Terps.

Both are big absences for the Terps. Bennett is one of the best pieces of Maryland’s secondary while Duncan is a key piece of protection for Taulia Tagovailoa’s blindside.
We’ll see if either absence plays a big role in the game against the Hoosiers.
