Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards exposed the Penn State rush defense on Saturday. Michigan beat Penn State 41-17 to remain undefeated.

After the game Corum and Edwards talked about how they played. They both had 150+ yards rushing by the time the final whistle sounded.

Corum stated that he expected this kind of game. He even dubbed the duo as lightning and lightning as opposed to lightning and thunder.

“I expected it,” said Corum. “Lightning and lightning. ‘Who gonna be the thunder?’ We don’t need thunder, lightning and lightning. Double lightning strike.”

Edwards described the performance as a complete game. The offense and defense were both clicking for Michigan in the win.

“It was a complete game, as you can see we had like 500 total yards, the defense played amazing,” said Edwards. “We’re a dynamic duo, we feed off of each other, it’s a dynamic duo as you said… we’re the best at what we do.”
