Braelon Allen became the 5th-fastest Badger RB to reach the 2,000 rushing yard mark. The sophomore accomplished the feat in the 3rd quarter of a Week 7 matchup with Michigan State.
With a big performance, Allen has now gone over 100 yards rushing for the 4th time this season.

The only Badger backs who have accomplished the feat quicker than Allen are Ron Dayne, Jonathan Taylor, P.J Hill and Anthony Davis. Those 4 backs are all in the top 10 of Wisconsin rushing yards, so Allen has entered some legendary company.
Allen reached 2,000 yards quicker than school legends Montee Ball, Melvin Gordon and James White.
