Last season, Penn State running back Saquon Barkley ran for 1,496 and 18 touchdowns. After that performance, he enters this year as one of the top Heisman candidates. And he may get more opportunities this season.
During, head coach James Franklin’s press conference on Tuesday, he told the press that he envisions utilizing Barkley as a kick returner this year in some situations.
